Christina was invited to design and manage the interior design of the award-wining Ludlow Castle, Castle House project in its final stages of completion. This grade I listed building was fully renovated by the Powis Castle Estate to provide mixed uses which included two 5*, one 4* self-catering apartments, a wedding venue, and tearoom catering. Christina had to come up with a co-ordinated design scheme that linked consistently these activities while respecting the intrinsic historic atmosphere of the whole property. She advised brilliantly on colour schemes, sourced all soft furnishings and furniture ideally suited to a very special property. Customer feed-back has been excellent.

Christina transformed the space superbly from a plain apartment to a relaxing subtle environment which was a welcome escape from City travails. In the process the apartment was transformed from a two bedroom to a three bedroom fully integrated space. She has a great eye for the possible, and was clear with her plans and costs.

I wholeheartedly recommend contacting  Christina at Designer Partners if you are hoping to update your home. My husband and I got in touch when we wanted to update our cottage, but we had no real clue where to start and how to incorporate colours throughout the whole house. After an initial consultation, Christina understood our likes and dislikes, and made up beautiful mood boards for us to see the story she was creating for us. Christina also helped to get tradesmen in to complete the works, and coordinated things which made our lives so much easier.

The Heritage Stone Company has had an established link with Christina  at "Designer Partners" for over a decade. During this time we have been involved in numerous  residential and commercial projects. This has also included working with English Heritage on the development and implementation of the their Ludlow Castle project, and further concept and design of the new Heritage Stone Company Showroom. Christina @ Designer Partners is a totally professional, creative designer who we thoroughly enjoy working with. Her ideas, linking in hard and soft coverings, textures and colours, coupled with her attention to detail and supported by sound project management, stands her out from many of the other designers that we have worked with over the years.

We have worked with Christina Mitchell on three major house renovations in the last few years. She is a rare combination of a brilliant designer and an amazingly buttoned down Project Manager. She has an incredibly sympathetic creative eye, and is able to take a brief and make excellent recommendations as to how it can be executed and improved. She has an incredible network of specialist contacts to ensure that you get the best suppliers at a cost effective price and we never had to worry about anything as Christina was always on top of everything.
